While hemp oil is a food derived from the seeds of the hemp plant, CBD-containing oils are not allowed to be traded as dietary supplements due to their ingredients. CBD oils contain either cannabidiol or hemp extract in a suitable carrier oil such as MCT oil.
In contrast to pure CBD, the so-called full spectrum extract from the hemp plant contains other cannabinoids and terpenes, which can synergistically enhance the properties of the CBD.
Our CBD oils are either completely THC free or contain – when using the full spectrum extract – not more than small amounts of THC that are below the legally established limit of 0.2%. In any case, our CBD oils are safe medical devices, with each batch analysed for the reported CBD content and the permissible THC limit.
